Welcome to TravlFun, operated by Luxa Grid LLC. By using travlfun.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What TravlFun is (and isn't)

TravlFun is a travel research and planning tool. It helps you discover destinations, compare modeled cost estimates, and organize trip plans. TravlFun is not a travel agency, booking service, or seller of travel. We never take payment for travel, hold reservations, or act as an intermediary between you and any airline, hotel, or operator. All bookings you make happen entirely outside the Service, with third parties, on their terms.

2. Estimates and content are informational

Prices, scores, weather figures, itineraries, and recommendations on the Service are modeled estimates and editorial guidance provided for planning purposes only — see our Estimate Disclaimer, which is part of these terms. Always verify current prices, availability, entry requirements, and conditions with providers and official sources before making decisions or purchases.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your email current — it's how we reach you.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. That includes: attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, scraping at scale, uploading unlawful or infringing content, impersonating others, or using the Service to spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content

Trip plans, notes, and other content you create remain yours. You grant Luxa Grid LLC a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service (for example, syncing your plans across devices, or publishing a snapshot when you create a share link). Shared-plan links are visible to anyone who has the link until you stop sharing.

6. Our content

The Service — including its design, illustrations, text, scoring systems, and software — is owned by Luxa Grid LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use it for personal, non-commercial trip planning. Don't copy, resell, or create derivative services from it without written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service is built on Google Firebase, and your travel purchases happen with third parties we don't control. We're not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxa Grid LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trip costs, losses, or disruptions arising from reliance on information in the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 — the Service is free), whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end the Service or your access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service, with notice where practicable.

11. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Luxa Grid LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
